About the role
The Retail Sales Assistant position offers an opportunity to engage customers in a premium retail environment. In this role, you will guide customers through their purchasing journey, providing tailored advice and ensuring a positive experience that fosters customer loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service within a retail environment
- Assist customers throughout their buying journey, offering tailored recommendations
- Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrations
- Maintain store presentation and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Support customers with any queries or after-sales needs
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and team goals
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong capability in communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding service and support customers
- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
- Reliable, flexible, and a proactive team player
