About the Opportunity:
Represent a recognised and high quality brand within a premium retail setting. You’ll engage directly with customers, provide personalised recommendations, and drive sales while maintaining an exceptional in-store experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment.

Roles Available:

Two roles available: 10–15 hours per week and 10+ hours per week, with potential for extra hours depending on store needs
Both roles are across Hay Street and Carousel Stores - you must be comfortable working across both locations

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers confidently through their purchase journey
Actively engage customers to support and achieve sales targets
Uphold high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment
Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions, working closely with the wider team
Take initiative and stay proactive during quieter trading periods

About you:

You must have full working rights in Australia
Prior retail experience, with exposure to premium or high-end brands highly regarded
Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable presence
Proactive and able to work autonomously
Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and having pride in your work
Dependable, motivated, and takes ownership of your role
