As the Retail Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day to day operations of one of our multiple stores. You’ll lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance and uphold the highest standards in store presentation and operations.
You’ll also promote Poolwerx’s full range of products and services. From retail sales to servicing, repairs and mobile operations. You will ensuring every customer enjoys a complete pool care experience!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of daily store operations
  • Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Drive sales growth and encourage upselling across Poolwerx’s product and service range
  • Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering
  • Analyse sales reports to identify opportunities and improve results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS, and brand standards
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Team Leader
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for creating great in store experiences
  • Commercial awareness and confidence managing KPIs and budgets
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and store operations
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
