The Role
This is far more than a traditional Sales Associate position. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective buyers and sellers, identifying new business opportunities
- Manage buyer enquiries and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Attend and assist with open inspections, auctions, appraisals and vendor presentations
- Prepare professional vendor reports, campaign updates and high-quality marketing collateral
- Support negotiations and sales transactions, contributing to successful outcomes for clients
- Work closely with the lead agent to execute premium marketing and sales campaigns
- Maintain accurate records, pipeline activity and market intelligence
- Represent the agency with professionalism, confidence and credibility at all times.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring: A genuine passion for property and a strong desire to build a long-term career in real estate. Certificate IV in Property Services (or currently completing). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect naturally with a broad range of clients. A polished, professional and corporate presentation. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. High levels of motivation, resilience and commercial awareness. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
