We are partnering with a prestigious luxury brand to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate for their Melbourne boutique. This is an exciting chance to step into the world of high end jewellery and watches, working with a globally recognised name known for craftsmanship, innovation, and timeless design.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to overall boutique performance.
- Build strong client relationships through personalised service and consistent follow up.
- Deliver an exceptional in store experience aligned with luxury standards.
- Support boutique operations including stock handling, client repairs, and visual merchandising.
- Assist with events and activations to enhance client engagement and brand presence.
- Energy & Drive: A proactive, target focused mindset with enthusiasm for sales success.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to create memorable experiences and build lasting relationships.
- Passion for Luxury: Interest in jewellery and watches (experience preferred but not essential).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Personal Qualities: Positive, reliable, team oriented, and hungry for growth.
- Employment Type: Full-Time (Weekend work required, mostly Saturdays
