An established New Zealand business operating in the food production and export sector is looking for a Sales Ordering & Printing Coordinator to support the smooth flow of customer orders and dispatch operations. This is a hands-on onsite role working closely with sales, production, warehouse, and dispatch teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role
This role is responsible for coordinating customer orders, preparing dispatch and compliance documentation, and ensuring product labelling is completed accurately and on time. You’ll work across systems, spreadsheets, and printing equipment while communicating with internal teams and customers to keep orders moving efficiently through to dispatch. The role suits someone organised, practical, and comfortable balancing administration with operational coordination in a busy onsite environment.
Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare invoices, pick slips, shipping labels, and dispatch documentation
- Create and manage product labels, barcodes, and batch coding information
- Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to meet delivery requirements
- Maintain accurate order records, spreadsheets, and stock-related information
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, lead times, and updates
- Operate and maintain label printing and office equipment
- Support smooth daily dispatch operations aligned to production schedules

Salary range $65,000 – $73,000. Stable onsite role within a collaborative operational team. Varied position combining coordination, systems, customer interaction, and operations support. Sunday–Thursday schedule aligned to dispatch operations.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with order processing, administration, or operational coordination
- Confidence using ERP/order entry systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
- Comfortable working onsite within a production and dispatch setting
