Job Overview:
Our client is a multinational home appliance manufacturer, located in the Liverpool region. We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to support their commercial operations team!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established global brand, providing vital administrative and customer support across various sales functions.
The role is primarily email-based, with limited phone interaction (mainly for outbound follow-ups on ETAs). You’ll be instrumental in managing data integrity, supporting customer enquiries, and assisting with quote and order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Pending Order Report Triage – monitor and manage pending orders
- ARP Returns Management – coordinate returns processing and documentation
- Customer Support – respond to ETA enquiries, perform stock checks, and handle urgent requests
- Quote Data Entry in C4C – input new quotes and assist with quote renewals
- Email Management – manage and respond to customer and internal email communications
- Outbound Follow-ups – make outbound calls to follow up on ETAs as needed
- Administrative Support – provide general support to the sales and operations teams
Ideal Background:
Experience in the following industries will be highly regarded:
- Manufacturing

Skills & Experience Required:
- Proficiency in SAP
- Experience with C4C (Cloud for Customer) or similar CRM systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of data entry accuracy
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
