About the Role
Working with warm, qualified leads, you’ll engage prospective and existing customers through phone, email and digital channels. You’ll take a consultative, needs-based approach - guiding individuals through their options and recommending suitable health cover solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, retention and member satisfaction, while delivering a high-quality, personalised customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound qualified leads
- Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve sales, retention and upsell targets
- Build strong, trust-based customer relationships
- Maintain accurate product knowledge and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes
About You
- 1+ year experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
- Eager to learn and develop within a regulated environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive and accountable mindset
