• $90,000 - $120,000 plus super depending on experience

This well-established, high-performing accounting and advisory firm is known for its quality work, strong structure, and genuinely good people. The partners are ex-Big 4, bringing first-class technical depth, systems, and standards, combining the rigour of a large firm with the agility and inclusivity of a boutique.

You’ll work 9:00am to 5:00pm, with the flexibility of one day per week from home, supporting both professional growth and personal wellbeing. The firm offers an on-site gym with membership included and the opportunity to train alongside colleagues.

The culture is supportive and structured, featuring regular team-building events, retreats, dedicated culture days, and additional study leave to assist with CA or CPA completion.

The role

• Support your Manager in day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of 50-60 clients


• Review and prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS and IAS


• Ensure compliance across client work


• Oversee junior and offshore teams


• Attend client meetings and handle complex queries


• Contribute to process improvements


• Keep up to date with accounting and regulatory developments

About you

• CA or CPA qualified, or near completion


• Previous experience in a chartered accounting firm


• Commercial mindset
