Adding to their workers compensation (defendant) practice at both Senior Associate and / or Special Counsel level, you will work on a diverse range of workers compensation matters with clients from insurers, employers and government.
• Managing files and advising clients across multiple industries
• Drafting court documents, correspondence, and legal advice
• Attending hearings and client liaison
• Collaborating with partners and senior lawyers on complex litigation
• Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships
Ideally you will bring:
• 5+ years post-admission experience in defendant Workers Compensation
• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to high performance
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
