This specialist litigation firm has a strong client portfolio and pipeline of matters across Strata and Building & Construction in Sydney. The team is lead by a committed and leading specialist who invests generously in the development of their team.

Reporting to Partner, you will have full carriage of your own matters across a broad mix of contentious and advisory strata matters, including but not limited to: Defect claims and building disputes|||Owners corporation disputes and governance issues|||NCAT and court litigation|||Building management statements, by laws and compliance issues|||Advising developers, strata managers and lot owners.

At the Senior Associate level, you will have 5-6+ years PAE with solid experience in strata law and or building & construction litigation. You will be a polished and confident communicator with strong advocacy and dispute resolution skills.
