Senior Associate (Syd / Melb / Bris) (5+ PAE) - Employment

The Role
The Senior Associate will join a thriving Workplace Advisory & Disputes team, advising clients across the full spectrum of employment law matters. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying, employment contracts, and termination of employment.
- Managing employment litigation, including industrial action and dispute resolution.
- Providing guidance on workplace health and safety.
- Advising on compliance and governance, including policy and procedure development and training delivery.
- Advising on employee incentive schemes and executive remuneration.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ PAE as an Employment Lawyer.
- A strong understanding of employment law and enthusiasm for career advancement in this area.
- Experience across a broad range of employment matters, including compliance, enterprise bargaining, unfair dismissal, equal opportunity, and general protections claims.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
- A conscientious and inquisitive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience from an employer perspective (desirable).
