An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Workers' Compensation Lawyer to join a well-established national law firm within its growing Insurance practice in Perth.

The Opportunity

Joining a busy defendant insurance practice, you will work with a range of clients, including major Australian insurers, advising on workers' compensation claims and disputes.

The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of matters, build strong client relationships and work closely with experienced lawyers who are committed to professional development and career progression.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• 5+ years' post-admission experience in workers' compensation law.
• Experience in defendant insurance litigation, although lawyers from a plaintiff background looking to transition will also be considered.
• Strong drafting, communication and analytical skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
• A genuine interest in developing your expertise within workers' compensation.
