Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (contract) to support a largescale organisation wide transition and transformation programme.
This is a business led, process focused role, supporting regulatory, operational, and organisational change. The work is not technology or systems driven — the focus is on understanding how the organisation works today and helping shape how it should work in the future.
You’ll work closely with transformation and change leaders, supporting current state analysis, future state design, and identifying people, process, and capability impacts across multiple business functions.

What you’ll be doing
- Investigating and documenting current state business processes
- Facilitating future state (“ideal world”) process design workshops
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements in evolving environments
- Interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into practical impacts
- Working alongside change managers, HR, and operational leaders to identify transition and capability needs
What we’re looking for
Your CV should demonstrate:
- Senior Business Analyst experience in organisational transformation or transition environments
- Strong business process analysis and mapping capability (current and future state)
- Comfort working in ambiguous, changing operating models
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working alongside change, HR, or organisational development functions
Initial term circa 3 months, with potential extension
