Senior Conveyancer

A growing conveyancing practice with offices across three locations in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Conveyancer to join their friendly and professional team. They pride themselves on delivering seamless residential and commercial property conveyancing services, providing premium support to clients while simplifying the buying and selling process.

The Role
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across residential and commercial property transactions. As the Senior Conveyancer you will:

• Manage all aspects of conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
• Conduct comprehensive research and due diligence on property matters.
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to coordinate the conveyancing process.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records and files throughout the conveyancing lifecycle.
• Conduct pre-purchase property reviews.

The role provides a hybrid working arrangement after the trial period, combining onsite and remote work.

About You
To be considered, you will have proven experience in conveyancing and:

• Strong knowledge of property law, regulations, and conveyancing processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with LEAP software is an advantage.
