Senior Credit Controller - Accounts Receivable

• $50 per hour plus super | $100,000 plus super (up to depending on experience)

A respected building solutions provider near Fairfield is offering an exciting opportunity to join as an experienced Credit Controller. This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance.

Whether you’re building on your solid credit experience or are a seasoned professional, this role requires the confidence and presence to manage complex accounts effectively.

In this role, while reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for high-volume customer portfolios, overseeing collections, performing account reconciliations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and reviewing credit documentation
• Following up on overdue payments - ensuring invoices are collected on time
• Allocating and receipting accounts receivable transactions accurately
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies, reconciling accounts, and correcting posting errors
• Monitoring credit alerts and promptly escalating critical matters to management
• Contributing to improving credit policies, procedures, and AR processes
