Senior Financial Accountant

Join an ASX listed engineering organisation operating across Australia. They are seeking a proactive Senior Financial Accountant to support financial performance, strengthen controls, and drive improvement across a fast growing business.

The Role

• Manage cash flow and contribute towards budgeting and forecasting


• Manage month end and year-end processes and consolidate financial results


• Coordinate internal and external audits


• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and reporting


• Support commercial finance and provide insights to operations


• Mentor junior finance team members

About You

• CA or CPA qualifications


• Experience in a similar role or a first mover from Audit


• Strong technical accounting and compliance knowledge


• Advanced Excel and ERP experience


• Confident communicator with a continuous improvement mindset
