Senior HR Advisor - Fixed Term
- Fixed‑Term (5 Months) – to cover a parental leave.
- Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000
- Hybrid Working (3 Days Office, 2 Days WFH
- Hours: Approx. 8:30am–5pm, with flexibility (early start/early finish welcomed)

This organisation depends on HR to help leaders stay engaged, connected with their teams, and confident navigating people issues. Managers are busy and often juggling competing priorities, so having someone who can guide, influence and keep things moving is critical.
- Supporting the effective use of Culture Amp, including goal setting, 1:1s and engagement tracking.
- Managing ER activity, including performance concerns & engagement issues
- Overseeing recruitment across the organisation
- Coaching people leaders to improve team engagement, communication and motivation.
- Providing end‑to‑end generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle.
- Contributing to a collaborative HR team working across both BAU and project delivery.
- Proven Senior HR Advisor/Generalist experience, including ER confidence
- Confidence coaching managers and progressing people matters with clarity and tact
- Strong recruitment experience and comfort working through varied volume
- Familiarity with HRIS tools (Culture Amp experience is an advantage)
- A practical, solutions‑focused mindset environment
- Able to follow up without being forceful, but not dropping the thread either
