Senior Policy Analyst – System Reform & Equity

You’re an experienced policy professional with a background in financial markets, public funding schemes, or system-level reform—perhaps from IRD or Treasury. You’re ready to mentor others and contribute to a team that values smart working, personal development, and inclusive thinking.

Strong policy development and system design experience, including proven experience in Big P policy analysis and options development, providing policy advice to Ministers
Understanding of grants, loans, or financial instruments
Collaborative, people-focused, and ready to lead from within
Critical thinking; strategic analysis
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
