Senior Procurement Specialist – Policy

• $800 – 825 per day plus super
• Sydney CBD (Hybrid)
• 6 month contract

Be at the forefront of change in a NSW Government agency embarking on a significant transformation. This newly created role offers the rare opportunity to reshape how procurement is understood, applied, and experienced in favour of clarity, consistency, and impact.

You’ll lead the redesign of procurement and contract management frameworks from the ground up, creating intuitive, easy-to-use tools that empower staff at every level. Your work will simplify decision-making, lift compliance, and give the business a clear roadmap for success.

Your key focus areas will be:

• Reworking and modernising procurement and contract management framework
• Creating simple, accessible documentation, flowcharts and process guides and you wil
• Offer insights to improve consistency, compliance, and usability to their current process.

You’re experienced in navigating NSW Government procurement frameworks and confident in drafting policies, frameworks, and supporting tools. You have a knack for transforming complex requirements into plain, actionable guidance, backed by excellent writing skills and a collaborative approach.
