About the Company

We are proud to partner with a respected and well-established leader in the Australian residential leasing and property management industry. Renowned for their commitment to service excellence and innovative portfolio management strategies, this organisation is currently seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to step into a key temporary role based in their Parramatta CBD office.

Key Responsibilities

As a senior member of the property management team, you will be entrusted with end-to-end portfolio oversight and stakeholder engagement, including:

End-to-end management of a large residential portfolio
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure prompt and professional communication
Overseeing maintenance coordination and workflow management
Managing rental arrears, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements
Providing timely landlord feedback following inspections and application processes
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support long-term retention and satisfaction
Mentoring junior support staff and ensuring compliance with industry standards

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly organised and solutions-focused property management professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior property management role
Strong understanding of legislative and compliance requirements in NSW residential property management
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Property Tree experience
Ability to manage competing priorities with a calm and professional approach
A customer-first mindset with a strategic approach to conflict resolution and portfolio optimisation
Current Property Management Registration (NSW)
