With the business experiencing strong national growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Administrator - Service & Warranty.
Opportunity
Reporting to the National Service Warranty Administrator, you will have accountability for providing administrative support to national sites - including processing job cards, receiving and coordinating warranties and workshop servicing, handling payments, issuing invoices, and updating system records. You will also work closely with sales admin, parts teams, workshop supervisors, service coordinators, clients, and contractors.
Selection criteria:
- Demonstrated admin experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to a technical, construction, heavy equipment environment is advantageous but not essential
- Highly developed communication (verbal / written / interpersonal skills
- Computer literate – MS Office Suite with ERP experience advantageous
- Strong time management and prioritization experience
- High attention to detail and quality driven
