About the role:
This role will report directly to the Service Manager.
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing incoming customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues within dynamic service and warranty environments. This role also requires proven experience in coordinating service operations, including job scheduling and technician dispatch, along with strong technical acumen.
Additional:
- Processing Jobs, Sales quotes and orders, and data entry.
- Maintaining customer records, ensuring accuracy and good attention to detail.
- Coordinating warranty claims and liaising with suppliers for resolution.
- Working closely with various stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in a service coordination position.
- Familiar with various systems: MS Suite, Dynamics, Order processing related.
- Industry experience is desired.
- Organised, strong attention to detail, strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Additional information:
Shortlisted candidates may be required to undertake pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing and a relative medical assessment.
