People2people are partnering with an established technical service and equipment provider.
Their team is looking for a Service Scheduler / Administrator to manage the coordination of service requests and operational administration, while acting as the main link between clients, customers, technicians to support the operational efficiency of the business.
Role
As the service scheduler/ administrator your responsibilities would include but not be limited to :
  • Manage incoming service requests via inbox and phone and translate customer issues into clear, actionable jobs
  • Coordinate, schedule and dispatch field technicians using NetSuite
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure job delivery
  • Raise purchase orders and transfer orders
  • Manage inventory and reorder stock and support quoting and invoicing processes
About you
  • Experience in scheduling or service coordination
  • Experience working in a technical, industrial or service based environment (HVAC or related industry exposure is highly desirable)
  • Strong administrative experience and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple requests
  • Experience using NetSuite or similar systems is desired
