The opportunit
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this is a field based B2B and OEM sales role focused on growing and managing both existing and new customers in the automotive sector within Queensland. You will spend most of your time on the road, strengthening relationships with established clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline. Working closely with Business Owners, Workshop Managers, and Supply Managers, you will deliver sales presentations, understand customer needs, and influence commercial outcomes through trusted partnerships.
Selection criteria
- Proven success in an external B2B sales role, ideally within OEM, automotive, tyre, workshop, or mechanical equipment environments
- Established network within the Queensland automotive distributor and contractor market, with demonstrated ability to build and manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies
- Results driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, budgets, and KPIs
- Current Queensland driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally and interstate as required
