A well-established and highly regarded professional services firm is seeking a Settlements Assistant to join its growing Property & Leasing team.

The Opportunity
You will be joining a collaborative team that supports a high volume of property transactions. This role is heavily administration-focused and plays a key part in ensuring settlements are processed accurately and efficiently.
The position would suit someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating settlement data across internal systems and spreadsheets
- High-volume data entry and record management
- Assisting with the coordination of settlements alongside conveyancers and settlement agents
- Liaising with clients via phone and email
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
About You
- Previous experience in a property, legal administration or settlements-related role is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with Excel and handling high volumes of data
- Confident communicator with a professional approach to client interactions
- Enjoys routine, process-driven work and thrives in a structured environment
