Settlements Assistant


A well-established and highly regarded professional services firm is seeking a Settlements Assistant to join its growing Property & Leasing team.



This is an opportunity to step into a structured, high-performing environment within one of the firm’s largest practice areas, working alongside experienced conveyancers and settlement professionals.



The Opportunity


You will be joining a collaborative team that supports a high volume of property transactions. This role is heavily administration-focused and plays a key part in ensuring settlements are processed accurately and efficiently.


The position would suit someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in accuracy and consistency.



Key Responsibilities



  • Managing and updating settlement data across internal systems and spreadsheets

  • High-volume data entry and record management

  • Assisting with the coordination of settlements alongside conveyancers and settlement agents

  • Liaising with clients via phone and email

  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks



About You



  • Previous experience in a property, legal administration or settlements-related role is highly regarded

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable working with Excel and handling high volumes of data

  • Confident communicator with a professional approach to client interactions

  • Enjoys routine, process-driven work and thrives in a structured environment
