A commercial law firm in Perth is seeking a Solicitor to join their team working across Governance, Regulatory, IP, Sales and Purchase.

The Role

• Support the delivery of high-quality legal services by managing allocated matters and tasks under supervision


• Develop legal judgement, client management skills and professional confidence


• Engage directly with clients, providing assistance and maintaining strong relationships


• Conduct legal research to support casework and advise senior lawyers


• Draft legal documents, correspondence and other matter-related materials


• Assist with the day-to-day management of matters within defined guidelines


• Ensure all work is completed in line with the firm’s values, processes and professional obligations

The Candidate

• Qualified WA Solicitor


• Experience with legal research and drafting of legal documents or correspondence


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and colleagues


• Good organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work within defined guidelines


• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in line with the firm’s values, processes and professional obligations
