The Role
- Sydney based role within a specialist insurance team
- Focus on professional indemnity matters including conveyancing schemes and cyber claims
- Exposure to a broad range of financial lines work including directors and officers, management liability and professional indemnity
- Opportunity to work across property, construction and statutory liability matters
- Managing matters end to end with appropriate supervision and support
- Building strong relationships with insurer clients and stakeholders
- Working closely with experienced principals committed to mentoring and development
- Collaborative team environment with national reach
The Candidate
- Lawyer with 2-4 years post admission experience
- Background in defendant insurance with a focus on professional indemnity
- Experience in conveyancing professional indemnity or cyber matters highly regarded
- Ability to manage a file load efficiently and effectively
- Strong client focus with an interest in building long term relationships
- Practical problem solver who values collaboration and teamwork
- Clear communicator with a commercial and solutions focused mindset
