people2people is partnering with a leading manufacturing business that is seeking a motivated and experienced Spare Parts Administrator to join their team, coordinating the distribution of spare parts while delivering exceptional customer service to their clients.
Role
- Manage and coordinate the sourcing and distribution of spare parts to clients to support the efficiency of their businesses
- Serve as the main point of contact for spare parts and maintenance queries, managing calls, tickets and difficult customer situations professionally
- Enter and manage orders in Oracle, SAP and Salesforce, accurately identifying whether parts are stocked or sourced locally from Italy
- Provide customers with clear delivery updates and set expectations based on supply timelines
- Coordinate with the warehouse to confirm stock and dispatch, and forward technical issues to the field services team when required
- Track orders, order entry, updates, communication and maintain records
About you
- Experience in a similar role or a degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience working in a customer service role in the manufacturing or industrial industry
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in spare parts
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with customers and internal teams
- Solid experience using inventory and CRM systems
- A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
