About the role
This is a full-time, 6-month temporary opportunity based in St Leonards (walking distance to the station), offering $37 per hour, Monday to Friday, with hybrid flexibility available after the initial training period.
  • Data entry, inventory adjustments, and stock transfers within the ERP system
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting supplier communication
  • Coordinating dispatch, delivery, and billing of capital equipment
  • Assisting with inventory planning to support appropriate stock levels
  • Working with internal teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues
  • Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies using ERP data
  • Salesforce administration and regular communication with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Quality, and Technical teams
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in supply chain coordination or a related field
  • Strong capability in problem-solving and time management
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Well-organised with a focus on administrative support and process improvement
