We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to run end to end hiring in a fast-paced client environment under a RPO/CMO model. Partnering closely with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver quality talent quickly, compliantly, and with confidence.

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Manage end to end recruitment from job brief to commencement across multiple roles across multiple specialisations
- Build sourcing strategies and proactive talent pipelines aligned to market conditions
- Partner with hiring leaders as a trusted advisor (market insights, guidance, risk management)
- Lead offer management including candidate engagement and negotiation
- Deliver consistent reporting and insights (pipeline, time-to-fill, outcomes)
- Ensure strong governance: compliance, approvals (incl. role grading), and accurate recruitment records
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes and candidate/stakeholder experience
- Coach and support 1 direct report (Talent Acquisition Coordinator)
What you’ll bring
- Proven end to end recruitment experience (agency, in-house or RPO/embedded)
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships
- Commercial acumen confident providing market insights and salary benchmarking
- High attention to detail and strong process discipline
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines in a busy environment
