About the Role
In this role, you’ll provide day‑to‑day administrative and organisational support to consultants across all levels, while also providing assistants to the MD. You’ll handle multiple requests, keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, and become a key point of coordination for the team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director, including complex calendar, inbox, travel and expense management, meeting preparation, and documentation.
Coordinate all internal and external meetings and events, ensuring agendas, minutes, catering, logistics, and stakeholder communication are delivered seamlessly.
Prepare papers, presentations, reports, letters, and project documentation for the Managing Director and wider team.
Support a major client team with project coordination: meeting management, resourcing, system setup, documentation, and overseeing the client billing process.
Deliver general office administration and assist business operations teams with firm-wide initiatives, committees, and ad‑hoc projects as required.
Skills & Experience
Experience as a team admin or EA /junior EA role (professional services highly regarded)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships
Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Intermediate Excel and MS Word skills
Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
