This is a 4-month full-time temp assignment based in Petone, supporting three teams across administration and coordination. You’ll step into a busy environment where your ability to take ownership, stay organised, and keep things moving will be valued from day one.
Key responsibilities include
  • Managing Purchase Orders and financial tracking
  • Receipting goods within the system
  • Coordinating reports across teams
  • Scheduling meetings and occasional minute-taking
  • Maintaining and updating documentation

You’re a proactive self-starter who enjoys being relied on. You build rapport easily, bring a positive attitude, and don’t wait to be told what to do. You’re comfortable juggling tasks and keeping stakeholders informed.

  • Proven experience in administration or coordination roles
  • Confident managing Purchase Orders and financial processes
  • Strong MS Office capability (Teams, SharePoint, document management)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
