This is a 4-month full-time temp assignment based in Petone, supporting three teams across administration and coordination. You’ll step into a busy environment where your ability to take ownership, stay organised, and keep things moving will be valued from day one.
Key responsibilities include
- Managing Purchase Orders and financial tracking
- Receipting goods within the system
- Coordinating reports across teams
- Scheduling meetings and occasional minute-taking
- Maintaining and updating documentation

- Confident managing Purchase Orders and financial processes
- Strong MS Office capability (Teams, SharePoint, document management)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
