Technical Sales Manager

The team is dedicated to making a positive impact on the agriculture industry, and we are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the agriculture sector
Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them understand and effectively use products and solutions
Excellent written and verbal skills at all levels
Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts in accordance with corporate planning schedules
Work cross functionally with technical and sales teams supporting the innovation pipeline through voice of the customer efforts ensuring excellence in product launches.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in agricultural sales, through OEMs and distribution
Experience with agricultural sprayers, hydraulics and precision electronics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand as needed.
