Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Parramatta Temp and Contract Supply Chain team.

The Role
Based in our Parramatta office, you will work alongside experienced consultants and receive structured training, mentoring, and ongoing coaching. You will develop core recruitment skills while playing a hands-on role in delivering results for candidates and clients, focusing on high-volume temporary and contract recruitment within supply chain and logistics, supporting both blue and white collar roles under tight timeframes.
Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and attracting talent through advertising, networking, and direct approaches
Screening applications and conducting interviews
Coordinating client interviews and completing reference and compliance checks
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
Supporting consultants on live client assignments

As your capability grows, you will progress into client account management and business development, building your own recruitment portfolio. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where you will work to targets, manage competing priorities, and remain motivated and professional under pressure. You will be supported through structured on-boarding, ongoing mentoring, regular coaching, and clear progression pathways.

No recruitment experience is required, however prior exposure to recruitment or sales environments will be advantageous. We are looking for attitude, potential, and commitment.
