Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 + performance bonus

Are you a motivated legal graduate ready to take the next step toward qualification? This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring solicitors to gain practical experience within a high-performing legal team, with a structured pathway toward a Training Contract.

The Opportunity
We are partnering with a respected law firm known for its strength in Property Law to recruit an ambitious Trainee Solicitor. This role offers hands-on exposure to both residential and commercial property matters, working closely with experienced solicitors on active client files from day one.
You'll play a key role in managing transactions from initial instruction to post-completion, while developing your legal expertise in a supportive, fast-paced environment. The firm provides a clear and realistic route to qualification for individuals who demonstrate commitment, capability, and long-term potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting with the management of a diverse caseload of property transactions
Supporting solicitors in preparing documentation, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance
Taking an active role in progressing files under supervision
Gaining insight into both commercial and residential property law
Working toward a Training Contract as part of a structured development plan

What’s on Offer:

Competitive salary depending on experience
10% bonus for new work referred across the firm
Full-time role, Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm)
Central London office
Ongoing mentoring, supervision, and training to support qualification

What We’re Looking For:

Law degree or equivalent (LPC/SQE-preparation preferred)
Genuine interest in property law and a career in the legal profession
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Previous legal experience, ideally in property or conveyancing, is a plus but not essential
