My client is looking for a hands-on logistics supervisor to run all inbound operations for a multi-client warehouse. You’ll own the daily flow of deliveries, lead contractors and staff, and keep KPI performance sharp.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee all inbound deliveries


• Supervise unloading, receipting and put-away


• Manage container-unloading contractors and labour hours


• Process returns and reworked stock


• Maintain pallet controls and book pallet movements


• Report on inbound KPIs


• Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Pick/Pack and Dispatch


• Train new team members


• Ensure strict WHS compliance

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience working in a Multi-Client or 3PL warehouse is essential


• Strong communication and accountability


• Understanding of warehousing and logistics operations


• Solid problem-solving and time-management skills


• Customer-focused approach and ability to shift priorities quickly
