Wellbeing & Injury Management Business Partner

📍 South-East Sububs | 💻 Hybrid | ⏰ ASAP Start | 💰 $59.97ph | 8–10 weeks (with potential extension)

We’re seeking an experienced Wellbeing & Injury Management Business Partner to join a supportive team on a temporary basis.
In this role, you’ll provide expert advice and case management to support staff wellbeing, early intervention, and return-to-work programs. You’ll work closely with managers and employees to create positive outcomes, foster a safe workplace culture, and ensure compliance with wellbeing and injury management policies.

What we’re looking for:

Strong experience in wellbeing, injury management, and return-to-work programs
Ability to provide expert advice, case management, and policy guidance
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
Current Police Check and WWCC (or willingness to obtain
Victorian WorkCover Authority (VWA) approved, return to work coordination certificate of claims administration
Experience in WorkCover/Ill and Injured claims management, rehabilitation and return to work programs or experience in a similar role
