About the role
As a Wills and Estates Lawyer you will work closely with experienced practitioners to deliver high-quality legal services. You will engage with a varied client base, gaining exposure to both simple and complex estate planning matters.
Key responsibilities
- Draft complex wills, including testamentary trust wills
- Prepare Enduring Powers of Attorney and Guardianship
- Advise on estate planning and business succession strategies
- Provide tailored advice to high-net-worth families and private clients
The Candidate
- Experience in wills and estates law, with a focus on high-net-worth clients but not essential
- Strong capability in drafting legal documents and advising on estate planning
- Ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver excellent outcomes
