A WA boutique law firm that specialise in Property, Commercial and Wills & Estates are expanding and have an exciting opportunity for a full time Senior Wills & Estates Lawyer to join their team.

The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and expanding private client team within a respected boutique law firm.
You will have the opportunity to work on complex estate planning matters for high-net-worth individuals and family groups, advising on wealth structuring strategies and trust arrangements. Working closely with senior practitioners, you will play a key role in delivering tailored legal solutions to clients with complex financial and family structures.
Your work will include:
- Advising clients on complex estate planning strategies
- Estate planning, dispute resolution and personalised succession planning tailored to individual and family circumstances
- Establishing and structuring complex discretionary and family trusts
- Asset protection and succession planning for high-net-worth individuals and family groups
- Advising on intergenerational wealth transfer and family governance matters
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and commercially minded lawyer with a strong background in wills and estates and experience advising clients on complex estate planning matters.
You will also have:
- 5+ years’ Post-Admission Experience (PAE) in Wills & Estates
- Strong experience with complex estate planning matters
- Demonstrated experience establishing and structuring complex trust arrangements
- Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, family groups or business owners
- Excellent drafting, communication and client relationship skills
- The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team
