Assistance Dogs Australia
Enhancing the independence of Australians with disability one dog at a time.
Assistance Dogs Australia (ADA) is a national charity that places highly trained, internationally accredited Assistance Dogs with people with physical disability, PTSD, and autism.
It takes two years and costs more than $60,000 to train an Assistance Dog, which is provided to the recipient at no cost. ADA receives little reoccurring government funding, instead relying on public donations, corporate partnerships, grants and bequests. Assistance Dogs empower connection, inclusion and independence for people with disability.

This year, NZTOPDOG is organising a fundraiser. We wanted to give the aroha back to our communities. Every year, our campaign is supported and celebrated by a variety of incredible charities across Aotearoa, all of whom mahi tirelessly to make a positive impact for dogs in their respective communities.
All money (100%) will go to NZ mental health and dog-related charities.
