What's up dog?
Amora, our unofficial wellbeing dog, brings a remarkable sense of calm and joy to our workplace. From the moment she arrives, she becomes the heart of the office staff from all departments regularly stop by just to see her, give her a pat, or sit with her for a moment. These interactions may seem small, but they create genuine moments of connection and relief throughout the day. Amora naturally encourages breaks and mindful pauses, helping our team manage stress and reset mentally. Her calm presence has been especially helpful during high-pressure periods, acting as a grounding influence. Even those who don't consider themselves "dog people find themselves smiling when she walks by. Beyond stress relief, Amora fosters informal interactions across teams, breaking down silos and encouraging a more connected, relaxed workplace culture. Amora isn't just an office dog she's practically a team member. What makes her different? She attends meetings (usually sleeping through them), greets every person who walks by with the same gentle enthusiasm, and somehow knows exactly who needs a little comfort that day. While other dogs might get restless or shy, Amora is calm, present, and universally adored she's the kind of colleague who doesn't say much, but makes everyone feel better just by being around.
