What's up dog?
Despite his grumpy first impressions and clear preference for his inner circle, my dog has had a profound and lasting impact on the people lucky enough to know him well. As a 9-year-old rescue, he came into our lives with a strong sense of loyalty and a heart full of love but only for those who earned it. He's incredibly protective of his family, often putting himself between us and the world with silent strength. But beneath that tough exterior is a complete goofball, full of quirks and personality. He adores other dogs and forms deep bonds with the people he lets into his world. Once you're in, you're family. His presence has brought comfort during hard times, laughter during chaos, and a sense of grounding to everyone he's touched. He reminds us daily that love doesn't have to be loud it just has to be real.
