What's up dog?

Enzo has an undeniable impact on everyone who meets him. With his soulful eyes, goofy energy, and happy presence, he brightens the world. Since my head injury, Enzo has been my anchor. On the days I didn't want to get out of bed, he was the reason I got outside. Whether it was a small walk around the block or a full trail adventure, he got me out the door, gently pulling me back into the world. He's my constant companion and seems to intuitively know when I need comfort or distraction. What makes Enzo even more special is his dual nature- full-speed turbo rocket one moment, then a chilled-out shadow the next. He can run trails like a wildfire, bursting with life, and then an hour later be sprawled beside me, calm and content. That balance of energy and stillness is something I've learned from. To strangers, Enzo is charming and magnetic. To me, he's everything: therapy dog, hiking buddy, soft pillow, and steady shadow. His presence has helped shape my recovery more than anything else, giving me purpose, structure, and joy. Enzo doesn't just brighten days, he changes them.
