What's up dog?

Having a dog in the office has made a remarkable difference to our work environment. Their gentle, affectionate nature brings a sense of calm and comfort that's hard to replicate. I've noticed that stress levels drop, conversations flow more naturally, and the overall mood lifts whenever they're around. They encourage us to take short breaks whether it's for a quick walk or just a few minutes of play and those moments help me reset and return to my tasks with better focus and energy. It's amazing how something so small can have such a positive effect on productivity and mental clarity. They also bring people together. Colleagues who might not usually interact suddenly have something in common to talk about, and that strengthens our team dynamic. Their presence reminds us to slow down, to smile, and to connect on a more human level. Beyond the emotional benefits, I've seen how they help create a more welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Visitors and clients often comment on the warmth of our office it leaves a lasting impression and says a lot about the kind of culture we're building. Simply put, having a dog at work has been a quiet but powerful influence. They bring lightness, routine, and a surprising sense of cohesion that improves not just how we work, but how we feel doing it. Mia always attend board meetings and large group meetings, she destresses the group as when someone starts to be nervous or rise their voice Mia comes to him and takes their attention away. Sometimes even cuddless to change their mood.
