Meet Mouse
Breed: Border Collie
Barking from: Outram, Otago
What's up dog?
Mouse was born tiny, if nature had its way he wouldn't be here but he beat the odds, survived and stayed with me. He was born with a scab on his forehead and multiple vets predicted he would be brain damaged. He isn't! He has grown up to be the smartest and most clever sheep dog, the one I couldn't do without. He loves his work and we are the most cohesive intune team. I couldn't do it without him. Mouse is a dog who makes people smile and laugh. He has a personality that is almost half human and an almost empathy you wouldn't credit a dog with. If you are hurt he tries to fix it. If you are sad, he tries to fix it. My husband and I have experienced a lot of sadness in the past 18 months, each losing a parent, my husband having a heart attack and losing 2 of our furry best mates. He is just there for us through thick and thin, ready to try and fix, ready to make you smile where its the last thing you feel like.
