Barking from: East Tamaki, Auckland

What's up dog?

Meet Norman - Our Office MVP (Most Valuable Pup!) Norman isn't just a dog he's the heart of our workplace. With his wagging tail, warm eyes, and calming presence, he's the first to greet us in the morning and the last to leave in the afternoon. Norman brings a sense of calm to even the busiest days, reminding us to take a breath, share a smile, and enjoy the moment. Whether he's snoozing under a desk or making his rounds for cuddles, he lifts morale, reduces stress, and builds connections across the team. Clients love him, staff adore him, and the office wouldn't be the same without him. Norman doesn't just make our workdays better he makes them brighter. One thing that makes Norman stand out from all other office dogs is his uncanny ability to sense when someone's having a tough day he'll quietly wander over, sit beside them, and lean in just enough to say "I've got you." He's not just a pet; he's an emotional support legend, morale booster, and unofficial therapist all rolled into one very good boy.

2025 NZ People's Choice Award

We believe no dog should be left behind.

Every dog entered into the competition is automatically in the running for the 2025 People’s Choice Award — and the winner will be decided by you, the public.

This year, we’re giving the aroha back to our communities.

Each year, our campaign is supported by a number of incredible charities across Aotearoa that work tirelessly to improve the lives of dogs and people alike. In 2025, we’re shining a spotlight on these organisations and the vital mahi they do.

As part of the voting process, every voter will have the chance to donate to our amazing mental health or dog-focused charities.

It’s your vote, your voice, and your opportunity to make a difference.
