My Nova is our reception to all our customers . I own a auto electrical business, He makes people feel welcome and Always puts a smile on there faces. He also entertains customers with a game of fetch. Or just sitting with our customers for wonderful pats. He had a twin brother also but he passed this year with cancer , his name is lukA . NOVA MISSED him so much because luka also was at reception. Now he's doin ok many people come just to see him only. My partner asks wat can I do. There REPLY nothing. Just come to see Nova. So funny , even school kids leave early to see him, my boy has alot of fans. We love him soooo much. The impact is you see people just smile , he makes people happy
