Meet Snoopy
Breed: Border Collie x Kelpie

What's up, dog?
I used to run a doggy daycare in Thames and I have always been around dogs, so I do know dogs and Snoopy has always stood out as a very special dog, from the moment I met him five years ago when he was approximately eight months old. A friend of mine couldn't keep him as she was renting. I already had two dogs, my son's and my old dog, but I just had to keep him.
He is placid, sensible and very smart and I can take him literally anywhere. But at the same time he is so full of character! I call him my cartoon dog. Snoopy Loopy Doopy Snoopy! When playing (which he loves to do) he is just hilarious. He does this bouncy thing, like jumps straight up in the air and twists his whole body around. It makes everyone laugh without fail. He does other funny things too, like the time he climbed out of my bedroom window and walked around on the roof.
The other day he climbed out of the car window which I had left right up. It was only about ten centimeters! He climbs up ponga trees too if he thinks there's a possum up there. I have a video of that. He has caught mice, but puts them down gently, alive! He has beautiful markings too and a little perfect heart just above his left leg!
He is a border collie x kelpie, my friend was told, but I suspect a bit of whippet too as he is very lean and can be on the skinny side. People often comment on him favourably when we are out and he is loved by all our family and friends.
