What's up dog?
Paddington: Spreading Joy, One Paw at a Time With a wagging tail and heart full of love, Paddington isn't just a dog- he's a walking beam of sunshine with a simple mission to spread joy, comfort and a whole lot of love to all. As a proud wearer of the Red Canine Friends Pet Therapy Scarf, Paddington is a regular visitor to resthomes where he brings light and laughter to lounges and bedsides alike. Resident's faces brighten the moment he trots in- he's their furry friend, a source of comfort and often the highlight of their week, not to forget when he arrives in his dashing tuxedo or his people-favourite lion costume. At Palmerston Hospital Paddington is a familiar and welcome face. Several times every month he wags his way into several wards like he owns the place. Nurses pause for a cuddle. Patients smile for the first time in days.
And then Christmas? he's there in festive costume spreading festive cheer. When University students face the stress of exams Paddington is there on a campus visit, mobbed by the students eager for a soothing pat or a warm hug or full-on student massage. He's their fluffy therapist. He's also a hit with the younger crowd. During school holidays he is a crowd favourite at local libraries where he listens to stories and laps up attention from the young. Beyond his regular visits. Paddington is a beloved face at many Community events- always ready to meet new friends and reunite with familiar ones. Paddington isn't just a dog with a job he loves- he's a gentle force for good, bringing comfort, joy and connection wherever he goes, he's pure magic - there's no-one quite like our Paddington, making a huge difference in our world Paddington is a walking Happiness Pill. Anyone sad, lonely, anxious, stressed, can't resist him, walking away a happier person. He is a genuine ambassador of happiness , no-one can dispute, continually making people smile, laugh, forget their troubles with just a hug, pat or cuddle, creating a better place for so many. He makes people feel good, he makes me feel great in witnessing his magical personality which is why everyone remembers Paddington and all love him
